How do I return an item?
30 Day Return Guarantee on all Purchases!
You may return your new, unused purchase in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To ensure safe and effective return delivery, we recommend shipping with tracking and for items of high value (over $200) we recommend shipping with insurance. Once received, we will refund you the product price paid. For items not in their original condition a re-stocking fee of 15% of the product price may apply. Due to the delicate nature of our track/rail finishes we highly recommend returning these items in the original packaging material or wrapping them with a protective covering and packaging all hardware items separately so as to not damage the tracks/rails in transit.
We package our orders securely to avoid any shipping damage, nonetheless occasionally a rail order can be damaged by the shipping carrier.
