Haven't ordered yet, but I called for information, and customer service was very helpful in answering my questions and offered advice. She also offered to send samples which they got mailed out the same day. We will definitely be ordering from SHADES when we decide which of their systems we want.

I am remodeling my office. I wanted a easy and attractive way to hang photos and art work. Shades has been very helpful. I have ordered samples do determine what would work best for my application.

The sample packet was very helpful to understand how the rail system works. I was also able to see which rail color works best in our home. This is the perfect solution to my dilemma on how best to hang pictures in my living room without damaging the walls. The rail system will be my next STAS purchase.
