I was up against a challenge with a new venue and hanging my heavy artwork.  Shades came through with flying colors!  Elizabeth worked with me personally over the phone and help me solve my problem and shipped what I needed on time! She was awesome!

I posted a similar review on Amazon.  Elizabeth was super helpful, she helped me figure out exactly what I needed.  What a concept a customer service person who is an expert and listens what you need before making a recommendation.  I started with a small order via Amazon, and loved the system so much I went directly to the source for my larger $800 purchase.  The clip rails are super easy to instal, I like the stainless steel cords but love the clear Perlon cords, and the new hangers are great. I wish I had known about this system 20 years ago.
