I just received the package and have not yet opened it, but I would like to commend Elizabeth for her professional response to my inquiries and needs.  I did some preliminary research and got the sample components and she was able to clarify my questions, provide a quote based on my rough layout of the system.  I will be installing the system hopefully in the next month, but am very happy with the initial processing.
